San Jose Mercury News: Concord, Contra Costa Transportation Authority agree on ground rules for vehicle testing site

Up to five automakers and 15 other companies may use the base.

Concord has reached an agreement with the Contra Costa Transportation Authority governing the testing of self-driving vehicles and emerging transportation technology at the Concord Naval Weapons Station.
